Job Description
Lead and grow a centralized call center dispatch team supporting final mile logistics. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to scale call center dispatch operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate a remote team of dispatch professionals
- Define and monitor call center KPIs
- Implement best practices for call center workflows
- Ensure proactive communication with internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch management systems
