Job Description

The Head of Corporate Communication is responsible for leading and governing all corporate communications across Almana Group. The role ensures consistent messaging, strong brand equity, and structured internal and external communication aligned with the Group’s vision and reputation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Group Corporate Communication Strategy
  • Create, own, and enforce Group-wide communication guidelines
  • Protect and enhance Almana Group’s corporate brand image
  • Oversee Group-level announcements, milestones, partnerships, and leadership communications
  • Manage corporate reputation, including issue management and crisis communication readiness
  • Design and manage a structured internal communication plan across the Group
  • Supervise the creation and approval of corporate announcements and press releases
  • Act as the Group’s main interface for corporate media engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing
