Accounting Manager
Job Description
Keystone Bookkeepers is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a team of remote accounting professionals serving short-term rental property managers. The manager will oversee four pods, provide technical guidance, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Online and Karbon.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of client-facing accounting professionals
- Oversee the preparation and review of owner statements and management financials
- Address technical accounting questions from clients and staff
- Forge strong relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology
- Mentor and nurture team members
- Implement quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification a plus
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting firm environment, with at least two years in public accounting
- 3-4 years of managing staff in a remote-work environment
