Coordinator Rider Inventory
Job Description
In this role, you will be required to coordinate between operations and training teams on rider’s onboarding and termination, perform regular inventory audits and analysis, and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders and stock transfers
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking
- Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify issues
- Performing regular stock checks and reporting to the supervisor
- Ensuring movements are recorded in the inventory system
- Coordinating equipment handover and collection
- Addressing all 3PLs concerns and complaints
- Document delivery and handover receipts
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
- Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
