Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead and manage our customer service operations at Al Udeid Air Base. This role is critical in ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining operational standards, and supporting mission readiness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the customer service team
- Oversee and implement inventory control procedures
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate with logistics teams
- Resolve escalated customer service issues
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, business operations, or logistics
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
