Customer Project Manager
Job Description
The CPM will lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relations are handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Establish the project plan baseline
- Drive project execution and handle changes/conflicts
- Handle project finance and monitoring
- Handle customer and partner engagement
- Mentor the project team
- Work closely with the account team during presales
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in Telecommunication industry
- Demonstrable experience of at least 7 years in customer-facing project manager role
- PMI project manager certification (PMP) or equivalent
