Escrow Officer
Job Description
Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for handling large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys and sales reps.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for commercial transactions
- Review title insurance products (commitments, pro-formas, etc.)
- Work with buyers, sellers, and lenders to clear and close transactions
- Assist underwriting in preparing invoices
- Manage transaction pipeline and critical dates
- Coordinate delivery of executed documents for recording
- Recognize title defects and work with counsel on insurability
