CRM Data Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Analyst to drive customer analytics, segmentation, and scoring at scale. The role will leverage CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize customer data models and segmentation frameworks
- Integrate and harmonize customer data from multiple sources
- Develop customer scoring models (e.g., RFM, CLV, propensity, churn)
- Apply advanced analytics techniques like clustering and predictive modelling
- Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to measure campaign performance
- Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
