Job Description

We are recruiting for a leading BPO seeking a highly experienced Head of Contact Centre Operations to launch a brand new Customer Contact operation in Egypt.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end leadership of large-scale BPO contact centre operations
  • Own delivery against contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Act as senior operational escalation point
  • Lead and develop Operations Directors and Managers
  • Own operational budgets and margin delivery

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior BPO contact centre leadership role
