Director of Contact Centre Operations (BPO)
Job Description
We are recruiting for a leading BPO seeking a highly experienced Head of Contact Centre Operations to launch a brand new Customer Contact operation in Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership of large-scale BPO contact centre operations
- Own delivery against contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Act as senior operational escalation point
- Lead and develop Operations Directors and Managers
- Own operational budgets and margin delivery
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior BPO contact centre leadership role
