Job Description
Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform. Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. Design scalable and secure solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT
- At least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
