Job Description

The Recruitment Officer will own the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, set selection criteria, and support hiring decisions. Success is measured by vacancy fulfillment timelines, candidate satisfaction, and compliance with MOH and hospital standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Define roles and selection criteria with hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment journey
  • Leverage ATS and analytics to optimize sourcing
  • Coordinate onboarding and compliance with MOH standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment management experience
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
  • PHRi certification preferred
