Demi Chef - Chocolatier
Job Description
Creates, prepares, and presents high-quality chocolate confections for luxury dining. Works under a Head Chef to support recipe development and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing shifts
- Utilize kitchen utensils and equipment like grills and ovens
- Maintain kitchen inventory
- Ensure workstations are clean and sanitized
- Present and decorate items as instructed
- Dispose of expired food items
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in similar Chocolate production roles
- Working knowledge of chocolate production, food safety, and hygiene
