Job Description

KAT Group is seeking a BDM for Recruitment and Manpower Supply to own revenue growth by driving client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition for local and overseas recruitment
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Develop strategic relationships with corporate clients
  • Lead end to end BD cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures
  • Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams
  • Manage key accounts and upsell services
  • Track KPIs: leads, conversions, revenue
  • Support vendor registration and compliance documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development within Recruitment and Manpower Supply
  • Proven track record in closing B2B manpower supply or recruitment deals
  • Strong network with HR, procurement, and project managers
  • Sound understanding of UAE labor market and visa processes
