Business Development Manager
Job Description
KAT Group is seeking a BDM for Recruitment and Manpower Supply to own revenue growth by driving client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for local and overseas recruitment
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Develop strategic relationships with corporate clients
- Lead end to end BD cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams
- Manage key accounts and upsell services
- Track KPIs: leads, conversions, revenue
- Support vendor registration and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development within Recruitment and Manpower Supply
- Proven track record in closing B2B manpower supply or recruitment deals
- Strong network with HR, procurement, and project managers
- Sound understanding of UAE labor market and visa processes
