Job Description

The Manager - Total Rewards is responsible for implementing and reviewing all existing compensation and benefits policies. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with the design of new policies and programs in order to be competitive with international salary and benefits structures.

Responsibilities

  • Support modification of compensation policies and salary scales
  • Recommend and implement system changes for automated processes
  • Resolve internal/external audit findings
  • Review and validate job evaluations
  • Oversee periodic salary surveys
  • Review proposed yearly bonuses
  • Provide mentorship for talent pipeline development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or human resources
  • 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role within compensation and benefits
  • 3+ years’ experience in retail
