Job Description
As the Customer Service Lead, you will lead and manage customer service operations at Al Udeid Air Base. The role requires a strong background in inventory control, business operations, and logistics to support mission readiness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the customer service team
- Oversee and implement inventory control procedures
- Manage day-to-day business operations and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with logistics teams for material delivery
- Resolve escalated customer service issues
- Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, business operations, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a military environment and adhere to strict protocols
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
