Job Description
Lead the technical vision and foundation of a new integrated ERP system built from scratch using the latest technologies. Responsible for team building, architectural design, technology selection, and project delivery. Act as the bridge between business logic and innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build the development team (Back-end, Front-end, QA, UX/UI)
- Design system architecture for scalability and security
- Select tech stack (languages, databases, cloud infrastructure)
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies
- Translate administrative/accounting requirements into software features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 8-10 years in software development with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong portfolio in building ERP or large financial systems
