System Officer
Job Description
The Clinical Operations – System Officer is a system-heavy operational role responsible for managing physician schedules, system configurations, data accuracy, and cross-department coordination. Serves as the central system custodian between Medical Leadership, Clinical Operations, HR, IT, and Planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage physician schedules across all systems and platforms
- Set up system accounts and required business rules
- Coordinate between CMO, HR, IT, and Physicians
- Track leave notifications and maintain Oracle Leave Tracker
- Calculate physician incentives and telemedicine payments
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or system-based roles
