IT Desktop Support- Kuwait (Dispatch/On Demand).
Job Description
This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Set up and configure new employee workstations
- Maintain asset inventory
- Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
