Job Description

This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Set up and configure new employee workstations
  • Maintain asset inventory
  • Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
