Job Description

The Telecom Partners Operations Manager will report to our Head of Carrier Supply and drives operational excellence and data-driven insights across our partnerships with our telecommunications providers globally. This role supports the partner ecosystem by optimizing systems, processes, and reporting to ensure scalability, visibility, and alignment with the overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting, providing insights into partner activity, quality metrics and revenue impact
- Act as a key point of contact for operational inquiries from partners, ensuring timely support and issue resolution
- Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of key technologies to modernize and scale partner operations programs
- Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in partner operations, channel management, or sales operations ideally within a software or telecommunications organization
- Strong ability and passion for data analytics and insight generation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working globally and cross-functionally
- Flexibility to adapt to new ways of working
