HR Director
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to be responsible for developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. This role oversees all HR functions, ensures compliance with UAE labor laws, and drives organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management on workforce planning
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs
- Develop competitive compensation, incentives, and bonus structures
- Identify training needs and oversee leadership development programs
- Foster a positive, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
