Job Description
ACOUSTIEG is looking for a Head Of Operation - Project to lead and oversee on-site execution activities for Fit-Out and project-based works. This is a field-driven role requiring strong hands-on experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Founded in 2018, ACOUSTIEG is a leader in acoustic treatment and sound isolation in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site execution teams for Fit-Out and construction projects
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate daily with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor site progress and adherence to schedules
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related site challenges
- Enforce quality control standards and HSE compliance
- Provide regular progress updates and execution reports
- Support continuous improvement of execution processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Fit-Out / Interior / Execution / Construction Projects
- Strong hands-on, on-site execution background
- English language proficiency is preferred
