Job Description

The Unison team is looking for an energetic, thorough caller to be the first point of contact for a pipeline of real estate investment leads. Reporting to the Director of Lead Generation, the Caller / Scheduler is responsible for helping grow the company by setting appointments for the Account Managers with real estate property owners to assist in developing a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
  • Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity
  • Contribute user-experience input to origination processes
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required
  • Some College Or Equivalent Experience Required
