Marketing & Business Development Manager
Job Description
Booming Lifestyle is an exclusive luxury real estate and lifestyle brand connecting Dubai and Ibiza. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you are responsible for shaping the brand's market presence and driving structured growth. This role combines strategic marketing, business development, and operational excellence, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international marketing strategy for Dubai and Ibiza
- Increase brand visibility across Google, social media, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, agencies, and investors
- Identify, recruit, and onboard independent real estate agents
- Set up and maintain a structured CRM and property database
- Provide structured weekly and monthly reports to the CEO
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- 4+ years in marketing and business development roles
- 3+ years in project or team management in luxury sector
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong advantage
