Consultant Internal Medicine
Job Description
Seeking an internal medicine specialist who holds to the highest standards of medical practice, professionalism, and ethics. We are looking for a motivated, educated, licensed, detail-oriented and driven internist who has experience working with patients in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical evaluations on adult patients
- Order and review screening tests, labs, and x-rays
- Customize treatment plans unique to each patient
- Perform minor surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Prescribe medication in accordance with laws
- Attend health care team meetings
- Follow medical ethics and standards
- Work at least 4 days a week with on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree with a specialty focus on internal medicine
- Specialization degree in Internal Medicine
- At least 3 year’s experience post Specialization degree
