Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our after-sales team and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the after-sales area
- Coordinate between Technical Support and the Service Center
- Secure maintenance contracts
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
- Monitor spare parts usage
Qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience in a managerial position
