Job Description

Position: Biology Expert – AI Trainer (MSc or PhD Holders). Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $30-90/hr. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week. Role Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and validate high quality biological datasets for AI training and refinement. Apply advanced biological and life science expertise to annotate complex data. Evaluate AI model outputs and provide feedback to improve accuracy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize biological data workflows. Document methodologies and outcomes. Maintain best practices in data management and integrity. Support experimental design and testing. Requirements: MSc or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline. Strong experience in biological research or data analysis. Strong analytical rigor and critical scientific reasoning skills. Excellent communication skills. Proven experience with data management and annotation workflows. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
