Al Mukhtar Bakery is hiring a Floor Supervisor for its Muscat, Oman branch. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid background in the food & beverage industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the bakery branch
- Manage the floor team
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the bakery, restaurant, or F&B industry
