Job Description

Full-time clinic administrative assistant will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and clinic related paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Clinic Manager and medical staff
  • Maintain accurate records of clinic operations and compliance documentation
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Coordinate procurement requests and inventory management
  • Support the onboarding of clinic staff and training sessions
  • Assist in organizing health awareness events
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and Facilities departments
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data protection

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or university environment
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
