Sr. Specialist Logistics Operations
Job Description
The Regional Logistics Team supports all eight MENA countries which talabat operate in to deliver excellent customer experience while operating efficiently. Sr. Specialist Logistics Operations plays an essential role in the regional logistics team. He/she will work with all talabat countries to ensure proper configuration that balances the right preferences and selections, with excellent delivery experience by analysing operations, improving logistics infrastructure, solving analytical problems and executing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Diving into complex analysis of systems and tools
- Running experiments on complex systems such as order flows and predictive model setup
- Ensuring the effective use and rollout of all Delivery Hero technology and tools
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve processes and tools
- Improve reporting and data visibility for faster decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides
- SQL skills are required
