Job Description

Responsible for driving Aon’s growth agenda in Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on Riyadh and other strategically important markets. This role goes beyond individual deal-making to shaping market strategy and developing high-value partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategy for Riyadh and KSA
  • Identify, originate and convert high-value opportunities
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor understanding client risk/people challenges
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams for complex propositions
  • Coach and mentor Business Development Managers
  • Ensure compliance with approval processes and governance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Typically, 8–12+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
  • Strong experience in the Saudi market, specifically Riyadh
  • Demonstrated track record of leading large, complex transactions
  • Experience in insurance, risk management, or financial services preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic
