Job Description
Manage end to end HR operations, benefits administration, and employee data management for Riyadh Air.
Responsibilities
- Manage employment contracts and records
- Administer medical insurance and GOSI
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Provide HR insights through data analysis
- Resolve employee queries regarding policies
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 4 years in employee lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law
