IT Help Desk Officer
Job Description
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software at Hassan Abul.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests from internal users
- Log and assign tickets to relevant IT teams
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting (password resets, email setup)
- Coordinate between IT teams and track work orders
- Communicate with vendors for quotations and procurement support
- Maintain documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in the IT field
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Basic networking concepts knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
