Vice President of Global Marketing
Job Description
The Global Vice President of Marketing is one of the highest-ranking leaders responsible for the company's global marketing strategy and brand building, overseeing global marketing planning, brand management, and demand generation. This position drives brand value enhancement and business growth by building a unified yet flexible global marketing system and coordinating regional and local market execution, supporting the company's globalization strategy and long-term competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop the company's global marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Establish a unified global brand architecture, brand standards, and communication system
- Maintain and continuously enhance the company's global brand influence and market awareness
- Responsible for global demand generation and growth strategies
- Develop and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and customer lifecycle management strategies
- Build a global-regional-local marketing organization and collaboration mechanism
- Lead global market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Establish a global marketing operations system and metrics system (KPIs, ROI)
- Promote the application of marketing technology (MarTech), data analytics, and automation
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, strategy, customer success, and other teams
- Build and lead the global marketing management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or overseas education background preferred
- Over 20 years of experience in marketing-related roles
- At least 15 years of experience in global or multi-regional marketing management
- Proven track record of successfully driving global brand or international business growth
