Job Description
Proactive HR and Business Administration Specialist to support business units with HR operations, payroll submission, onboarding, and general business coordination in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission and WPS compliance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases
- Coordinate with PRO teams for visas, Emirates IDs, and medicals
- Oversee contracts, NDAs, and office administration
Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or business support
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor law, PRO procedures, and HR operations
