Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our interior fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in blue-collar recruitment along with solid knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end blue-collar and staff recruitment
- Manage onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
- Oversee payroll inputs and attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as HR Manager in construction or interior fit-out
