Commercial Finance Analyst
Job Description
We're looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis. This role supports end-to-end finance operations—from annual planning and budgeting to cost efficiency analysis, working capital management, and strategic pricing. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance, optimize margins, and mitigate financial risks. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone looking to deepen their experience in commercial finance while contributing to performance, pricing, and profitability decisions at a strategic level.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building AOPs, quarterly forecasts, and operating budgets
- Conduct margin analysis, OPEX reporting, and yield calculations
- Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and pricing strategies
- Monitor working capital, inventory flows, and cash positions
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
- Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies
- Report monthly performance with accurate and timely insights
Qualifications
- ACCA certification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 1–3 years in FP&A, cost control, or business finance—preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments
- Solid understanding of standard costing, working capital, and profitability analysis
