Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Senior Support Engineer with strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise HR applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance challenges
- Customize workflows, business rules, and user interfaces using Oracle tools
- Support and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and GIS
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules
- Configure and enhance system functionalities based on business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS HRMS
- Proven experience completing at least six Oracle implementations
