Job Description
Alignerr is hiring Business Analysts to manage a team of specialists creating business-focused content for AI models. You will oversee workflows, allocate tasks, and conduct quality assurance reviews for case studies and structured content in domains like finance and policy. No prior AI experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts
- Allocate tasks and oversee workflows for timely delivery
- Conduct QA reviews and refine processes
- Provide performance feedback and training
- Act as primary stakeholder contact
- Guide creation of case studies and business content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of team management experience
- 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused projects
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and constructive feedback skills
