Chief of Staff
Job Description
As Chief of Staff (CoS), you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing key projects, and driving organizational efficiency. The role involves translating the leader's vision into action plans, managing strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional coordination. The CoS supports strategic planning, manages executive communications, and oversees the implementation of key performance indicators across departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO or executive leadership team
- Translate the CEO’s vision, strategy, and priorities into actionable plans
- Lead coordination between executive functions (HR, Finance, Operations, Strategy, etc.)
- Track organisational priorities and drive accountability for key deliverables
- Support annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor organisational performance
- Manage executive communications including drafting internal memos and board updates
- Oversee implementation of key initiatives and performance dashboards
- Coach and support department heads and project leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline
