Job Description
Oversee the full project lifecycle of real estate development and construction projects from concept to handover, managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle (feasibility to closeout)
- Develop project execution plans and budgets
- Coordinate with government authorities for permits
- Monitor site activities for quality and safety
- Review and manage construction contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kuwait
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate project management
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
- Transferable Article 18 Visa
