Job Description

NodeShift is a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup designing and operating sovereign cloud and generative AI platforms. We are looking for a Head of Business Development to source deals across banks, sovereign institutions, and ministries. You will lead 360° deal cycles and build strategic influence with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Source from scratch deals across banks, sovereign institutions, ministries, and major enterprises
  • Own a multi-million dollar annual revenue target
  • Lead 360° deal cycles including procurement navigation and RFP/RFQ management
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for AI transformation
  • Expand NodeShift’s ecosystem across UAE technology partners and system integrators
  • Advise customers on AI governance and data sovereignty

Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record selling into banks, government entities, or defence
  • Deep understanding of UAE regulatory landscapes (PDPL)
  • Existing high-trust relationships with senior decision-makers
