Job Description
During your tenure in Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in running performance cycles, managing talent reviews, and overseeing salary reviews.
Responsibilities
- Run end-of-year and mid-year performance cycles end-to-end
- Manage performance outcomes including calibration
- Facilitate talent review discussions and govern promotion processes
- Oversee salary review and bonus processes
- Manage PIPs and employee relations cases
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Provide people analytics and reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.
- Experience 8+ years in HR with 5+ years managing performance cycles and talent reviews.
- Fluent in English
