Job Description

During your tenure in Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in running performance cycles, managing talent reviews, and overseeing salary reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-of-year and mid-year performance cycles end-to-end
  • Manage performance outcomes including calibration
  • Facilitate talent review discussions and govern promotion processes
  • Oversee salary review and bonus processes
  • Manage PIPs and employee relations cases
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
  • Provide people analytics and reporting to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.
  • Experience 8+ years in HR with 5+ years managing performance cycles and talent reviews.
  • Fluent in English
