Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description
Join our growing team as a Scheduling Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. As the primary point of contact for scheduling needs, you'll work closely with our scheduling supervisor, office support and care coordinator teams to ensure smooth appointment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and adjust client-related service appointments
- Create and maintain provider calendars
- Identify and communicate need for scheduling modifications
- Respond to client and staff scheduling requests
- Monitor scheduling key performance indicators
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One-year related experience preferred
