Legal Counsel (Remote from US)
Job Description
Jobgether is hiring a Legal Counsel for a partner company. This role acts as a principal in-house legal advisor, providing guidance across product, commercial, corporate, and compliance matters. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to draft and negotiate contracts and advise on IP and data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on product development, privacy, and IP
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and vendor contracts
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory counseling
- Advise on global employment matters
- Collaborate on cross-border legal issues
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer
- Legally qualified to practice law
- Experience in the crypto space required
- Familiarity with SOC2 and GDPR compliance
