Retail Agent
Job Description
The Retail Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless shopping experience from initial inquiry to purchase. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, maintaining store displays and inventory, and coordinating with various departments to ensure Four Seasons' standards of service are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized consultations on luxury retail products
- Maintain product knowledge and assist guests with retail purchases
- Restock, price, and display retail products
- Participate in monthly and quarterly retail inventories
- Monitor packaging stock levels
- Handle telephone and email inquiries
- Perform mathematical calculations for transactions and reporting
Qualifications
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- High grooming standards and a professional demeanour
