Job Description
At Foxelli, we're building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds. We're looking for a highly organized and creative Assistant Brand Manager to support the Brand Manager in running and growing our This Month's Craft subscription brand. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with structure. You'll help prepare monthly craft projects, create content, coordinate suppliers, and organize timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and test monthly craft projects
- Create simple photos and short videos for marketing and internal use
- Turn ideas into clear plans: tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Track progress, deadlines, and dependencies
- Communicate with suppliers regarding prices, orders, and deadlines
- Collect and summarize customer feedback and reviews
- Maintain and update internal documentation and guidelines
Qualifications
- Highly organized and enjoys structure, clarity, and well-run systems
- Loves crafts and hands-on creative work
- Comfortable taking photos and videos
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and reliable team player
