Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the Client and working schedules
- Support the project team in understanding the project activities and logical sequence
- Manage the interface with Civil Partners and the Client
- Responsible for the planning inputs to project Claims and EOT
- Track, monitor and forecast progress for all activities
- Issuance of accurate daily, weekly and Monthly Reports
- Analyze Project schedule Data and provide recommendations
- Develop and issue monitoring and Controlling schedule KPIs
- Provide Root-Cause analysis for issue and trend analysis
- Maintain project database records and documents
Qualifications
- +10 years of Experience (Transportation projects experience is a plus)
- Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English language
- PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
