Commercial Finance Manager
Job Description
Manage the Section’s team Order to cash and Marketing business cycle, ensure company policies and procedures are applied properly within OTC and Marketing controls, and manage internal and external communications related to these cycles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain OTC and Marketing policies and procedures
- Prepare collection targets and follow up with sales team
- Review aging by sales channel and region to identify risks
- Perform credit assessments as per policy
- Enhance internal control framework for OTC and marketing cycles
- Conduct weekly meetings with sales team to review accounts receivable overdue
- Develop compliance visit plans for distribution centers
- Manage the month-end closing process
- Prepare analysis for aging, top 10 customers, and working capital
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Commerce
- 9 to 12 years of experience
- ERP database experience (SAP is preferred)
- Post graduate certificate is a plus
