Responsibilities
- Strong Sales Leadership & Strategy – Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize performance
- Revenue Growth – Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving conversion rates from EOIs to transactions
- Team Development – Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to close high-value deals
- Market Positioning – Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages to expand market reach
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of leadership experience in real estate sales (UAE market)
- Proven expertise in off-plan sales with strong broker/developer relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation & closing skills
