Assistant Safety & Security Manager (Omani Only)
Job Description
The Assistant Safety & Security Manager supports the safety and security of the hotel in ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues. Managing daily security operations, implementing safety standards, conducting patrols and risk assessments. Monitoring CCTV and fire systems. Assisting with emergency response plans and investigations. Conducting safety training.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily security operations
- Support implementation of IHG safety standards
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and risk assessments
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Update emergency response plans
- Assist in incident investigations and report preparation
- Supervise and schedule the security team
- Conduct safety training for colleagues
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel safety and security
- Omani National Only
- Knowledge of fire life safety systems and local safety regulations
